* Once payment has been submitted, we will work with the client to determine the time and place for their event. Please note that travel expenses (lodging/mileage) will be added to the hourly rate when applicable. After schedule confirmation, any adjustments by the client will result in a Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee of $50 per booked hour.
