Cancellation & Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

Credits

Cancel a group class at least 48 hours in advance to apply your payment as a credit toward a future class. This credit is valid for 30 days.

Rescheduling Fee

After confirmation, client-initiated changes incur an additional $25/hour for private lessons or $50/hour for special events.

Makeup Sessions

Rescheduled private lessons must be completed within 30 days of the original date.

Travel Expenses

Applicable travel costs, including mileage and/or lodging, will be added to the hourly rate.

Special Event Booking

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event.
